<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">近日，安徽省委办公厅、省政府办公厅通报表扬2025年度生态环境保护工作成效明显县（市、区），绩溪县在污染防治、问题整改、绿色发展等方面的扎实举措与显著成效成功入选，成为全省生态环境保护工作标杆。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">2025年，绩溪县深入贯彻习近平生态文明思想，以改善生态环境质量为核心，聚焦污染防治、问题整改、绿色发展三大重点，推动生态环保与经济发展协同共进，成效显著。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">污染防治攻坚纵深推进，生态颜值持续提升。蓝天保卫战中，富凯特材完成无组织排放改造，淘汰6台2蒸吨及以下生物质锅炉，排查解决群众身边生态环境问题147个。全年PM2.5平均浓度22.1微克/立方米，排名全市第二、同比下降3.5%；空气优良天数比例97.5%，排名全市第一、同比上升1.1%。碧水保卫战亮点突出，扬之河入选生态环境部第四批美丽河湖优秀案例，2个国控、3个市控断面水质均达Ⅱ类标准，县级集中式饮用水水源地水质达标率100%。净土保卫战稳步实施，完成地下水监测井建设，绩溪钨业尾矿库闭库销号，农村生活污水治理管控率达81.3%，纳入省厅2025年度整县推进美丽乡村建设任务清单。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">突出环境问题从严整改，筑牢生态安全防线。该县建立清单化管理机制，扎实推进中央、省生态环保督察反馈问题及信访件整改，相关信访件已全部销号，剩余问题按时序推进。全面完成37个市级以上突出环境问题整改，全年受理办结环境信访27件，办理生态损害赔偿案件2起。同时排查整治核与辐射安全企业25家，实现隐患动态清零。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">生态绿色发展协同发力，转型动能持续激活。该县积极争取上级专项资金支持，获批中央及新安江-千岛湖合作区专项资金7336万元，推进16个生态环保重点项目。深化生态创建，完成生物多样性本底调查，清凉峰保护站获批国家级生态综合监测站。大力优化营商环境，全年环评审批项目20个，指导管理登记表类项目网上备案71个，完成生态环保领域固定资产投资2.3023亿元，同比增长58.99%，推动生态优势向发展优势转化。</div>
