绩溪家朋抽水蓄能电站用地获批，清洁能源“充电宝”再扩容！

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">安徽绩溪家朋抽水蓄能电站属于国家重点基础建设项目，装机容量1400MW，项目总投资约84亿元，预计在2030年正式投产发电。届时将与我县已建成的伏岭抽水蓄能电站并驾齐驱，对减轻电网调峰压力，提高电网运行经济性，促进地方经济发展具有重要意义。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">项目核准以来，绩溪县自然资源和规划局主动靠前，积极服务，在项目选址、土地征收、用地报批等环节提前介入，确保各个重要工作节点衔接流畅、高效推进。一是结合项目建设单位实际用地需求，及时向自然资源部申请先行用地，为急需动工建设的单体工程创造提前开工条件。二是加强业务指导，多次在涉及乡镇开展土地征收工作培训，确保征收程序合法合规，维护群众利益。三是加快项目用地报批，提前收集项目用地报批材料，压缩组卷工作时长，为取得全部用地批复节省时间，全力保障重点项目提前开工、早日建设。</div>
