S68旌德至绩溪高速公路建设项目先行用地获自然资源部批准

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">近日，自然资源部批准了S68旌德至绩溪高速公路建设项目先行用地共5.4103公顷，为重点建设工程早日开工提供了有力保障。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">S68旌德至绩溪高速公路是《安徽省高速公路网规划修编（2020-2035年）》规划的一条省级高速公路，项目起自宣城市旌德县蔡家桥镇西侧，经旌德县旌阳镇、版书镇，绩溪县长安镇，止于绩溪县城西侧，接G4012溧宁高速，路线全长34.63公里。项目实施对完善皖南地区高速公路网布局，推动大黄山地区旅游资源开发，促进沿线地方经济社会高质量发展具有重要意义。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">自先行用地报批工作启动以来，绩溪县自然资源和规划局迅速成立专项工作组，推行“提前介入、专人负责、全程跟踪”的服务模式。主动对接项目建设单位和上级主管部门，精准梳理项目用地需求，高效完成权属审核、土地补偿等申请先行用地的前置程序，积极解决项目先行用地组卷过程中遇到的问题，大幅缩短了先行用地获批时间，保障重点项目早日开工建设。</div>
