<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">临溪镇临溪村吴家坑特种鱼养殖基地位于吴家坑开伏岭，属于临溪村股份经济合作社集体资产。在该养殖基地承包到期后，为避免集体资产闲置浪费，临溪村决定将该养殖基地挂网出租。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">承租方依托水池开展生态养鱼，实现生态养殖与效益提升双赢。一方面，为村集体带来稳定租金收益，直接纳入村集体经济账户，用于村庄道路修缮、文化广场建设等民生项目，改善村民生活环境；另一方面，带动了村民增收，承租方为本村村民，通过养鱼提高了个人收入。同时，部分优质鱼产品还可以进入本地餐馆、农贸市场，打响村庄生态鱼品牌，为后续延伸产业链奠定基础。</div>
