上庄镇：多元共治赋能基层治理

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">资源整合，凝聚共治合力。引入司法所联合办公，统筹配备综治、信访等业务骨干3名，打破部门壁垒，打造集矛盾纠纷集中受理、分流、调处功能于一体的“一站式”综合平台，实现群众“进一扇门、办所有事”。今年共受理群众来信来访14件21人次，办结12件。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">柔性调解，促进和谐稳定。新建7个村民议事点，运用“精雕细琢”特色调解方法，充分发挥镇村两级调解队伍作用，通过“拉家常”式亲切沟通，用乡音阐释法理，推动矛盾就地化解。今年以来，共调解各类矛盾纠纷122件，调解成功率达到96.8%。</div>

<div class="ce-paragraph cdx-block ce-paragraph--{data.alignment}">精细管控，筑牢安全底线。与司法所、派出所实现重点人群信息共享，对5名严重精神障碍患者、2名社区矫正对象等重点人员，严格落实“分类施策、精准管控”机制，定期开展心理疏导和就业帮扶。截至目前，未发生一起重点人员脱管失管情况。</div>
